Paulo Martins

Paulo Martins is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the ceramics industry. Currently serving as CEO at PNH since April 2015, Paulo also holds the position of Administrator at CIC - Indústria Cerâmica, SA and Marketing, Sales Manager at Pinha - Lda, both since 2014 and 2016 respectively. Additionally, Paulo has been a Project Manager in Angola for Recer - Indústria de Revestimentos Cerâmicos, SA, where responsibilities include overseeing a new industrial and commercial project within the ceramics sector. Paulo's educational background includes a Licenciatura in Marketing Management and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from IPAM, as well as postgraduate degrees in Sales Management and Financial Management, further complemented by a Master's in Management from the University of Aveiro.
