Patty Torrez

Patty Torrez is an experienced Web Business Analyst at the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) since May 2007, playing a key role in the redesign of PNM.com with a focus on self-service options and web content. Prior to this, Patty served as a Web Business Specialist at Factory Express Inc. from October 2001 to May 2007 and held the position of Marketing Manager there. Patty holds a Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis on Human Factors Psychology from Grand Canyon University, earned between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Arizona State University, completed in 1989.
