Rosella Maestas (DeAnda)

Rosella (DeAnda) Maestas has extensive experience in the utilities sector, currently serving as the Joint Use Sr Administrator at Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) since November 2007 and as a Joint Use Administrator at PNM Resources since November 1979. Rosella held the position of NJUNS Chairperson and New Mexico State Board Representative from 2019 to 2021.
