Matthew van Damme

Matthew Van Damme is a seasoned fulfillment and warehouse management professional with extensive experience in optimizing operations and enhancing workforce efficiency. Currently serving as Fulfillment Manager at PNW Components since August 2019, Matthew previously held key roles at Professional Plastics as Warehouse Manager/Production Manager, where collaboration with operations and sales teams led to the development of flexible production schedules and effective training strategies. Prior experience at Thomas West, Inc. as Warehouse Supervisor included implementing Lean Sigma Methodology to improve output and profitability. Additionally, Matthew gained foundational skills in purchasing and inventory control at Plexus, where contributions included enhancing customer service and managing inventory processes. Matthew holds a High School Diploma from Milpitas High School, attained in 2002.
