Eti Shlomo

Eti Shlomo possesses extensive experience in human resources and operational management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Poalim Equity since January 2011, Eti has been instrumental in developing HR strategies and implementing annual work plans to support business objectives. Prior to this role, Eti worked as Procurement & Operations Manager at Poalim Capital Markets from 2004 to 2010, where responsibilities included supplier negotiations and contract finalizations. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Controller from 1998 to 2003, overseeing team management and financial reporting, and working as a PA to the Deputy Treasurer at The Municipality of Holon from 1995 to 1997. In terms of education, Eti holds an MA in Consulting and Organizational Development from The College of Management Academic Studies, a BA in Management from The Open University of Israel, and various certifications in NLP, coaching, mediation, and tax consultancy.
