Sofia Werner

Sofia Werner is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on acquisition and retention strategies, currently serving as an Acquisition & Retention Specialist at POC since October 2022. Prior roles at GroupM Sverige included Senior Search & Marketplace Specialist, along with various senior positions in search specialization. Sofia's career began at Söderberg & Partners as a part-time Security Administrator, supporting financial advisors through document preparation and client analyses. Previous experience includes ambassador roles at Bara Posten Bemanning and retail positions at Kompaniet Kalmar and JC Jeans Company, where customer engagement and sales enhancement were key responsibilities. Sofia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Linnaeus University and has also studied at Murdoch University, with an early educational foundation in economics from Bromma Gymnasium.
