Erika Gemzer

Erika G. is a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager at Google, where responsibilities include driving innovative ML and AI-driven biometric features for Pixel devices. As the Founder and Board Chair of Pocket Board, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting individuals with tech mentors, Erika has been recognized for creating impactful mentorship opportunities. Previous roles include Interim Chief Product Officer at CareHarmony, overseeing AI/ML product roadmaps for patient care, and Sr. Director of Engineering Operations at Samsara, where Erika built engineering operations during significant growth. Erika was part of the founding team at Verily Life Sciences, leading engineering and operations for medical device products, and had notable positions at other organizations, including Castlight Health and Exide Technologies.
