Surya Pm

Surya PM is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in production, customer success, community management, and sales. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Producer at Pocket FM since August 2021, Surya PM previously held the position of Associate Producer and has experience as a Customer Success Manager at Classplus, a Community Manager at Rheo, and a Sales Coordinator at Accor. Notably, during the tenure at Rheo, Surya PM launched live streaming initiatives in Kerala, managing operations for over 50 streamers. Earlier roles included working as a Flight Attendant at IndiGo, where Surya PM enhanced customer service skills and procedural knowledge. Surya PM holds a BBA in Airline and Airport Management from Bharathiar University, completed in 2019.
