Kasia Juraszek

Kasia Juraszek has held multiple HR-related roles throughout their work experience. Kasia started as an Office Assistant at the International Student Programs Office in Foothill-De Anza Community College District, where they organized orientations for new students and trained new employees. Kasia then joined Precision Swiss Products as a Human Resources Generalist, where they acted as a trusted advisor, resolved employee relations issues, conducted investigations, and implemented talent recognition programs. Kasia also worked as an HR Project Assistant, where they restructured the recruiting process, executed performance evaluation projects, and conducted a compensation review. Currently, they are working at Pocket Gems as a People Operations Generalist.

Kasia Juraszek has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from De Anza College between 2012 and 2015. Kasia'seducational journey began with a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Arts from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie, which they acquired from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. These include Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits, Motivating and Engaging Employees, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Human Resources: Leadership and Strategic Impact, and Human Resources: Managing Employee Problems, all acquired from LinkedIn during different months in 2020.
