Carl Bäckstrom

Carl Bäckstrom has worked as a Backend Lead at PocketLaw since February 2021. In this role, they improved the e-signing features of the application and added support for Docusign. Prior to their current position, Carl worked as a Software Engineer at Smith Micro Software, Inc. from February 2017 to February 2021. During this time, they focused on NodeJS backend development using Express.js and worked on frontend development in Angular 2+ using frameworks like Angular Material. Before that, Carl worked at Birdstep Technology as a Server Developer from January 2012 to February 2021, and as a Test Engineer from 2005 to December 2012.

From 2009 to 2011, Carl Bäckstrom attended Stockholm University but did not complete a specific degree or field of study.
