Karen Burris

Karen Burris is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare administration and managed care. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of Payer Contracting at Woundtech since April 2022, Burris previously held the position of Vice President of the West Region at Post Acute Medical from May 2018 to April 2022. Prior to that, Burris was the Regional Director of Managed Care at Kindred Healthcare, overseeing the Las Vegas Integrated Market until October 2017, when the position was eliminated. Burris also contributed significantly as the Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Coronado Surgical, LLC, from September 2011 to December 2013, and as the Director of Provider Services and Medical Bill Review at EMPLOYERS from March 2000 to August 2011. Burris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Kennedy Western University, earned between 2003 and 2005.
