Chris Salm

Chris Salm possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the finance and banking sectors. Currently serving as General Manager Residential at Podium Money since November 2021, Chris previously held the position of Senior Manager Client Partnerships at La Trobe Financial, Australia's leading non-bank financial institution, from September 2019 to November 2021. Earlier experiences include roles as Director for Victoria at Mortgage Advice Bureau and General Manager at hockingstuart Finance, where responsibilities encompassed overall management and team leadership. Chris began a career at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, where several roles culminated in the Branch Manager position, emphasizing community engagement and customer relationship development. Chris holds a Double Diploma in Management and Human Resources from OTEN University and completed education at Loyola College.
