Urika Shrestha

Urika Shrestha has a diverse work experience. Urika is currently working as a Client Service Team Lead at Pogust Goodhead since March 2023. Prior to this, they served in various roles at HLE Nepal from January 2014 to August 2022, including Managing Director - Nepal / Head of Outsourcing Division, Operations Manager, and Broker Support. Urika also worked as a Contributing Writer at ECS Media from February 2013 to December 2014. Additionally, they have experience as an IELTS Coordinator at Global Network Consultancy from August 2009 to February 2010.

Urika Shrestha completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from Sikkim Manipal University from 2014 to 2016. In addition, they obtained various certifications in fields such as organizational leadership, sales leadership, finance and mortgage broking, and quality auditing.
