Keisha Barcellos serves as Vice President of the Trinidad and Tobago Emergency Mutual Aid Scheme (TTEMAS) since March 2021 and has been a Senior HSE Officer at Pt. Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation (PLIPDECO) since July 2011, having previously held the position of HSE Officer. Keisha held the role of Treasurer for TTEMAS from March 2018 to March 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Environmental Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus (2012-2014), a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental and Natural Resource Management from the same institution (2004-2008), and additional studies at ETTIT (2016-2017). Keisha's foundational education was completed at St. Joseph's Convent San-Fernando.
