Joan Bruemmer-Holden CCAP I, MFA has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Joan currently holds the position of Senior Account Director at Point of Reference, starting in January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Sovos as a Customer Experience Strategist from October 2019 to January 2020, and as a Product Designer from July 2018 to January 2020. Before joining Sovos, Joan worked at the same company as an Implementation Consultant from April 2016 to April 2018, and as a Client Services representative from July 2015 to April 2016. Their earlier work experience includes a long tenure at Naropa University, where they served as a Faculty member and Actress from 2006 to 2015.

Joan Bruemmer-Holden CCAP I, MFA has a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Contemporary Theater from Naropa University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, specifically in the Experimental Theater Wing. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in October 2022.
