Colleen McManus is an experienced HRIS Analyst with a strong background in human resources systems and analytics. Currently serving as the Lead HRIS Analyst at Point32Health since 2017, Colleen specializes in reporting, analytics, and Workday dashboard development with a focus on workforce metrics, attrition, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Prior to this role, Colleen spent 22 years at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, advancing through various positions including Business Systems Analyst and HR Systems Analyst. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.
