Susan Griffin

Susan Griffin has over 16 years of work experience in various organizations. Susan is currently working as the Director of Business Partnerships Operations at Point32Health since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts for over 12 years, holding the position of Senior Business Consultant, Operations Management. In this role, they served as the principal business consultant to the Senior Vice President of Operations and was responsible for handling a wide range of matters, coordinating planning and execution across teams, and overseeing core activities and strategic initiatives. Before joining Blue Cross Blue Shield, Susan worked at Stanford Hospital & Clinics as a Senior Planning Specialist and at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Project Manager. Susan started their career at MassGeneral Hospital as a Senior Project Specialist in Strategic Analysis for Market Research, Marketing Department.

Susan Griffin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University between 1996 and 1999. Susan later pursued a Masters in Health Administration from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, which they achieved between 2001 and 2003. In addition to their academic achievements, Susan obtained a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt Training from Stanford Hospital & Clinics in 2008.
