Thomas Mahoney

Thomas Mahoney has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and financial industries. Thomas currently works as the Director of Public Plans Enrollment & Revenue Reconciliation at Point32Health, where they lead the department in processing and reconciling enrollment transactions, eligibility, and premium payments across multiple states. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager, Operations - Tufts Health Public Plans Member Enrollment at Point32Health, overseeing the management, system configuration, and financial controls of the member enrollment team.

Before joining Point32Health, Thomas worked at Tufts Health Plan as the Manager of Enrollment & Benefit Configuration - Public Plans, where they were responsible for overseeing data entry, maintenance, and reconciliation of member data. Thomas also managed enrollment and premium reconciliations for multiple lines of business.

Earlier in their career, Thomas worked at Neighborhood Health Plan as the Manager of Premium Billing, Receivables & Provider Payments, managing premium billing activities, collections efforts, and various financial operations functions. Thomas also worked at Tufts Health Plan as the Manager of Employer Experience, improving customer satisfaction and managing adoption strategies for employer groups, as well as the Manager of Financial Operations, overseeing the operations of the Commercial Enrollment & Premium Billing department.

Prior to their work in the healthcare industry, Thomas worked at Reuters as a Team Leader, Planning Engineer and Business Administrator, managing installation activities, technical site surveys, and client entitlements. Thomas also worked at American International Group as a Team Leader, Account Services, ensuring proper booking of new business and renewal accounts.

Thomas Mahoney attended Binghamton University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
