Dean A. Slawson has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dean began their career at Wicat Systems Inc from 1983 to 1986, where they served as the Director of Software Development, responsible for developing and shipping innovative adaptive and multimedia assessment instruments and systems for psychometric assessments of learning and learning styles.
