Kris Keeney

Kris Keeney serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President at PointOne Development Corp. since January 2020, while concurrently leading Kris Keeney Law, a business-law firm established in January 2000, originally known as "Digitalaw." Keeney has extensive legal experience, previously holding positions as an Account Manager at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in both the City of Richmond and the City of Norfolk, and Associate Attorney at Hunton & Williams LLP. Beginning a career in finance, Keeney worked as a CPA at EY during a pivotal era in corporate law and taxation. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Accounting and Taxation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Doctor of Law degree from Boston College, and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
