Alex Radu

Alex Radu currently serves as a Manager in Customer Care and Experience (CCE) at Points since August 2022. Previous roles include IT Operations Manager at Wattpad from January 2022 to August 2022 and at Manitoulin Group of Companies from October 2020 to January 2022. Alex gained extensive experience at The Weather Network, where tenure lasted from September 2013 to October 2020 in various positions, culminating as Team Lead for Helpdesk & Service Desk. Skills encompass advanced knowledge of both Linux and Windows operating systems, extensive server management, technical support, project leadership, and operational efficiency. Alex holds multiple certifications including Microsoft Cloud Administrator and Microsoft SQL 2012 Administrator from Global Knowledge, complemented by an education in Systems Administration and Internet Security from Everest College Hamilton.
