Sachin Achwal

Sachin Achwal has extensive work experience in HRIS and SAP consulting roles. Sachin currently works as a Sr Workday HRIS Analyst at The Pokémon Company International since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at T-Mobile from 2013 to 2023, serving as a Technical Product Manager and Senior Functional Analyst. In these roles, they contributed to the stabilization of business processes, led the establishment of DevOps teams, and participated in the analysis and review of HR SAAS solutions. Before T-Mobile, Sachin worked as a Sr SAP HCM Analyst at JetBlue Airways in 2012. Sachin also served as an SAP Payroll & Benefits Consultant at Air Products from 2010 to 2011, where they led multiple upgrade and enhancement projects. Additionally, Sachin worked as an SAP Payroll Consultant at Taunton Deane Borough Council and West Somerset Council in 2009, and at the Department of Energy and Public Works (Queensland) from 2008 to 2008, where they were part of the implementation team for a SAP project rollout. Sachin started their career at Chevron in 2004, where they worked as an SAP Payroll & Benefits Consultant, managing multiple projects and production support. Sachin Achwal holds a Masters in Personnel Management from Pune University in the field of Human Resources. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bilrla College of Science, Commerce, and Arts, specializing in Commerce. In addition to their formal education, Sachin has obtained a certification in Workday Pro Payroll for the U.S. from Workday in May 2023.
