Derek Waszczuk

Derek Waszczuk is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Polamer Precision, Inc. since August 2016. Prior to this role, Derek held various engineering positions at GKN Aerospace from July 2009 to August 2016, including Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, and Senior NC Programmer. Derek's career also includes experience as an Engineering Working Team Leader in N/C programming, Tooling, and Drafting at MTU Aero Engines from September 2006 to July 2009, as well as a Manufacturing Engineer at The Beacon Group for a brief period in 2006 and at MTU Aero Engines from June 2004 to March 2006.
