Valerie Feng (Yu)

Valerie (Yu) Feng, CFA, currently serves as a Director at Polar Asset Management Partners Inc. since May 2020. Previously, Valerie held the position of Associate Director at RBC Capital Markets from November 2017 to April 2020, and prior to that, worked at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan as a Senior Risk Analyst in Risk Analytics from November 2013 to October 2017, and as an Intern in the Model Validation Group from January 2013 to September 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as an Optimization Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo in the summer of 2011. Valerie holds a Master of Mathematics in Portfolio Optimization and a Bachelor of Mathematics with a double major in Mathematical Finance and Combinatorics and Optimization, both obtained from the University of Waterloo.
