Devin Baier

Devin Baier is a Sales Engineering Manager at Polar Clean, LLC since June 2021, previously serving as a Sales Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as the Northern Indiana Construction Network Coordinator and Business Development Manager at The Blue Book Building & Construction Network® from May 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities involved managing a commercial builder’s network and driving business growth through customer service and direct sales. From January 2015 to May 2019, Devin operated Baier Aquarium Services, leading all aspects of a full-service aquarium installation and maintenance company. Earlier experience includes serving as an Anatomy and Biology Instructor at Warsaw Community Schools from August 2009 to April 2019, which encompassed planning lessons and fostering relationships with students and the community. Devin holds a Graduate Certification in Secondary Education and Teaching from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ball State University.
