Joonas Rajaniemi

Joonas Rajaniemi has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Joonas started their career at Nokia Siemens Networks as a Thesis worker, where they focused on defining and measuring lead time in telecommunication production. Joonas then served as a Substitute Team Leader, overseeing material handling teams in base station production.

In 2013, Joonas joined Polar Electro Oy as an SW Designer, and later transitioned to the role of Frontend Architect. Joonas eventually became a Market Intelligence Specialist, responsible for developing new products and services, determining future strategies, and leading target definition for product platforms. Currently, at Polar Electro Oy, Joonas holds the position of Director, Business Portfolio and Insights.

In 2021, Joonas also ventured into entrepreneurship as an Entrepreneur at Kelot Oy.
