Stina Haglund

Stina Haglund is a prominent professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy. As the CEO and founder of YourWill since March 2014, Stina has focused on empowering individuals' ideas, particularly in areas of equality and diversity. Stina currently serves as a board member for PolarVentures, which invests in projects within food systems, and for Polarbröd AB. In addition, Stina owns the company Il Fornello S.R.L in the coliving sector and has been the CEO and owner of AllaTiders Kompetenser, a senior rental business, since December 2015. Stina has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at Umeå University from 2011 to 2022, teaching subjects such as organizational development and leadership. Further leadership roles include previous board memberships with Polfärskt Bröd AB and Företagarna's regional board in Västernorrland. Stina's educational background includes a Master's degree in Cultural Analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Umeå University.
