Katie Saesan

Katie Saesan has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Literacy Instructional Guide, Personalized Learning Specialist, and 5th/6th Grade ELA Teacher at Polaris Charter Academy since July 2017. Previously, Katie held the position of 8th Grade ELA Teacher at Noble Network of Charter Schools and was a Middle School ELA Teacher and Lead Teacher at Renaissance School LUMIN, focusing on enhancing English language skills through comprehensive teaching methods. Additionally, Katie has experience as a 2nd/3rd Grade Teacher at Renaissance School and a Guest Teacher with Teachers on Call. Alongside educational roles, Katie has been the Editor for StayMarried Blog since August 2012, overseeing blog post editing and providing research support. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Reading Intervention from Concordia University, Nebraska, and a Bachelor's degree in English, Language Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
