Clay Dean

Clay Dean serves as the Vice President of Design for Polaris/Indian Motorcycles and previously held the role of Senior Director of Design for Off Road Vehicles since September 2023. Prior to this, Clay Dean was the Chief Innovation Officer and Senior Vice President at Under Armour from March 2017 to August 2023, focusing on innovation activities and developing processes across multiple locations. Clay Dean's extensive experience at General Motors Design spanned from July 1999 to March 2017, including positions as Design Director for Global Advanced Design, Cadillac Brand Director, and overseeing various vehicle design initiatives. Clay Dean holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design with a focus on Transportation from Brigham Young University, obtained between 1983 and 1988.
