Josh Katt

Josh Katt has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Director of Quality at Polaris Inc. since July 2006. In this role, Katt manages global product planning and lifecycle management for both Indian and Victory motorcycles, focusing on market share, product quality, and customer-driven development. Katt has held various positions, including Program Leader for Powertrain, where significant large-scale projects were overseen, and Senior Powertrain Quality Engineer, leading quality initiatives and cross-functional teams. Katt's technical expertise is further underscored by a robust educational background, including a Master’s degree in Engine Systems and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior internships at Oshkosh Corporation and Sub-Zero Wolf, Inc. provided foundational experience in design and reliability engineering.
