Ulysses M. serves as the Vice President of Census Management at The Grand Healthcare System since May 2024, where responsibilities include developing and implementing census development strategies to optimize occupancy levels across skilled nursing facilities. Ulysses has also been a firefighter at Fort Lee Fire Co. #1 since March 2021, responding to various emergencies to protect life and property. Previously, Ulysses held the position of Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Planning at The W Group from September 2020 to November 2022, leading business development efforts for 24 facilities and focusing on market trends and operational strategies in the healthcare industry. Earlier experience includes managing corporate operations for patient accounts at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital from January 2006 to January 2014, overseeing payroll management, staff training, and optimizing performance through strategic leadership.
