Ronald James Inawat

Ronald James (R.J.) Inawat is an accomplished attorney and adjunct faculty member with a focus on entertainment law and intellectual property. As the owner of R.J. Inawat, Inawat has provided legal services since May 2014, specializing in copyrights, trademarks, contract law, and business formation. Inawat currently serves as an adjunct lecturer in the Performing Arts Management program at DePaul University and holds various counsel positions with POLARITY, Oni Press, Lion Forge Entertainment, and Lion Forge Comics. Inawat's experience also includes serving as a board member for VGA Gallery and The Neo-Futurists, with the latter position held as Vice-President from 2016 to 2023. Previously, Inawat worked as a licensing manager at The Bradford Group and contributed to Lion Forge Labs. Inawat earned a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts Management from DePaul University.
