Venus Kuiya

Venus Kuiya has extensive experience in the media industry, having worked in various roles since 2013. Venus began their career as a Branch Head - West at Active Media in 2013, where they set up operations of the Mumbai office and developed new client base and revenue streams. Venus then moved to Shashi Sumeet Group as a Senior Manager in 2014, followed by a role as Manager - Brand Solutions at Worldwide Media Pvt. Ltd. (Times of India Group) in 2015. In 2017, they were a Senior Advertising Manager at Condé Nast India, and then moved to LBB - Little Black Book as DGM Sales in 2018. That same year, they joined GoQuest Digital Studios as Category Lead - Branded Content and then became an Associate Producer in 2019. In 2021, they became Managing Partner at SmallBatch Motorsport, and currently holds the role of Head of Content at Pole Position since 2022.

Venus Kuiya obtained their HSC from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning between 1992 and 2000, majoring in Commerce & Mathematics. Venus then completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Hons. from PMB College between 2000 and 2003, majoring in Commerce. Finally, they obtained their MBA from IIPM between 2004 and 2006, majoring in Marketing & HR.
