Robert Soban has a diverse work experience in customer service and account management. Robert started their career in 2014 at Regus as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided customer service to internal, external, and virtual clients. Their responsibilities included processing invoices, booking short stay events, responding to emails and phone calls, and maintaining the center's high standards.
In 2016, Robert joined Pole Star Space Applications as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, they served as the first point of contact for all customer queries and provided support through email, phone, and Skype. Robert also acted as an area expert for the Financial Markets sector.
In 2017, Robert was promoted to Key Account Manager, focusing on financial markets. Robert later transitioned to the role of Senior Account Manager for Financial Markets Compliance in June 2019.
Throughout their various positions, Robert has demonstrated strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and expertise in the financial markets sector.
Robert Soban began their education at John Ruskin College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an EDEXCEL Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Business. Robert then went on to attend the University of Greenwich from 2011 to 2014, earning a BA(Hons) in International Relations and Global Studies with a focus on International Relations and Affairs. In 2019, Robert obtained the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification from the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS).
