Eduard Khorkov

Eduard Khorkov is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in software innovation and project management. Currently serving as CEO of Polecat since October 2009, Eduard focuses on helping startups and innovative companies transform their ideas into digital products through output-driven design and development. In addition, Eduard is the Chief Technology Officer at TecArbo, a company dedicated to producing eco-friendly sustainable walls to enhance construction efficiency. Previously, Eduard held roles as Information Director and CTO at Hellotickets and Project Manager at Shakuro, overseeing web application development. Eduard holds a Master's degree in Technical Science from Sevastopol State Technical University, completed in 2009.
