Kawtar Kazeb has extensive experience in project management and quality improvement, currently serving as a Performance Improvement Project Manager at Foundever since October 2019. Prior to this role, Kawtar held various positions at Phone Group from December 2006 to July 2018, including Responsable Certification et Processus, where responsibilities included managing the quality system across African sites and leading performance improvement initiatives. In the role of Responsable Études et Statistiques, Kawtar conducted operational quality analysis and managed projects related to operational quality. Additionally, as PMO, Kawtar assisted in managing cross-regional projects and ensured continuous improvement in project management. Early career experience as a Senior Supervisor involved team leadership and real-time activity management.
