Praveen Reddy

Praveen Reddy is the current Head of Technology at Polen Capital. Prior to this, they served as the VP, Head of Enterprise Technology & Information Architecture at Voya Financial from June 2018 to September 2021. Praveen has also worked as the Vice President - Head of Technology Strategy & Architecture at Prudential Financial from November 2010 to May 2018. Praveen has also worked as a Sr. Consultant at ING from June 2000 to April 2003 and at ConnectiCare from January 2000 to December 2001. Praveen has also served as the Senior Enterprise Architect at ING U.S Financial Services from May 2003 to November 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Technology Consultant at the State of Connecticut - Dept. of Social Services from July 1997 to March 2000.

Praveen Reddy completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Hartford, and then went on to complete their engineering degree at Bapatla Engineering College. Praveen is now a certified TOGAF 9 professional from The Open Group.
