Todd W. Addison

Todd W. Addison is the Head of Operations and Trading at Polen Capital. Todd has over 13 years of experience in financial operations and management. Todd began their career at Charles Schwab as a Senior Transfer of Assets Operations Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for transferring assets into Schwab from contra firms securities, cash, and/or annuities. Todd then spent three years as an Assistant Vice President at Bank of New York Convergex, where they managed Foreign/Domestic Equities and Fixed Income operations. Todd joined BNY Mellon in 2011 as Vice President of Trade Settlements. In this role, they were responsible for back-office operations management, including equity/fixed income settlements, cash management, stock loan, and reconciliation. Todd was promoted to Director of Client Operations Management in 2013 and held this position until joining Polen Capital in 2021.
