Shelly Power

Shelly Power has extensive experience in the field of Pilates education. Shelly served as the Curriculum Director at Polestar Pilates International from 1992 to 2021. In 2012, Shelly also became a Board Member of the Pilates Method Alliance, a role they held until 2019. Currently, since January 2022, they are the VP International Education at Polestar Pilates International.

Shelly Power completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physical Education and Dance at California State University-Sacramento from 1985 to 1990.
