Itshaam Hussain

Itshaam Hussain is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in information technology service delivery management, currently serving at the Police Federation of England and Wales since April 2015. In various roles, including IT Manager and Service Desk Manager, Itshaam has overseen a robust IT infrastructure, coordinated helpdesk operations, and managed complex IT incidents across 43 locations. Prior to this, Itshaam worked as an IT Support Officer and IT Support Technician, providing extensive first-line support, troubleshooting, and system installations. Itshaam holds a degree in Information Systems from Kingston University, completed in 2013.
