Heidi Andersen Barnes

Heidi Andersen Barnes, MBA has over 20 years of diverse work experience in various roles. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Policy Reporter. Prior to this, they worked at TrialCard, where they held several positions, including Women's Development Program Co-Founder and Advisory Board Member, Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Senior Director of Strategic Accounts, Senior Director of Virtual Engagement, Director of Client Services, Associate Director of Program Management, and Senior Project Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager at Standard Chartered Bank and also served as a Consultant and Project Manager for private clients. Heidi Andersen has also held positions at Rasmussen & Simonsen International Pte Ltd, Tripoint Corporation (Singapore) Pte Ltd, du, PeopleSoft Asia Private Limited, Singapore, mPower Advisors LLC, and BEA Systems Incorporated. Heidi Andersen Barnes has a strong background in operations, account management, program management, project management, and consulting.

Heidi Andersen Barnes, MBA, has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields of study. Heidi Andersen completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration (Executive) at the University of Hull in 2010. Prior to their MBA, Heidi earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications Management from the Asia Pacific Management Institute in Singapore from 2008 to 2009.

In 1995, Heidi began their undergraduate studies at California State University - East Bay, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration in 2000. During their undergraduate studies, they also obtained a Certificate in Advanced Technical Writing from Stanford University in 1999.

In addition to their formal degrees, Heidi has obtained certifications in other areas. In 2009, they became a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute. Most recently, in March 2023, they achieved WSET Level 2 certification in Wine from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
