Eugene Chan

Eugene Chan is the current Chief Information Officer at PolicyLink. Eugene has also served as the Operations Director/Technology Officer at Hub Bay Area, and the Director of Technology at ZeroDivide (formerly Community Technology Foundation). Chan has also been a Program Associate at The Development Fund and a Fellow at the Coro Center for Civic Engagement. Eugene is a Steering Committee Member and Co-founder of Grantsfire.

Eugene Chan graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture.
