María José Montes Mena

María José Montes Mena has held various positions in the human resources and psychology fields since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Psychologist at the Fiscalía Local de Puente Alto. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Corporación Opcion as a Delegate, and at the same time, they held the position of Unit of Design and Methodology at the Ministry of Social Development. In 2014, they became a Psychologist of Recruitment and Selection at FASA, and from 2015 to 2019, they were a Consultant and Researcher at HR Trust. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources, CHRO and Country Manager at Poliglota (YC W21).

María José Montes Mena completed a Postitulo in Proceso de Selección de Personal from Universidad de Chile in 2012. María José also obtained a degree in Psicóloga from Universidad Diego Portales between 2006 and 2011.
