Greg Brunelle

VP Business Development and Customer Engagement at Polimorphic

Greg Brunelle is currently the VP of Business Development and Customer Engagement at Polimorphic. Before that, they served as the Assistant Secretary for MassDOT from June 2021 to May 2022. In this role, they provided executive leadership for security and crisis management programs for transportation systems across the state. Greg also established a system-wide, data-driven risk management program that ensured smart prioritization of investments in technology solutions and operational process improvements to enhance mitigation, emergency, and crisis management procedures, and security programs while enhancing the resilience of system reliability, economic development, and community equity.

Prior to their work with MassDOT, Brunelle served as Adjunct Faculty at the University at Albany, SUNY from January 2017 to June 2018. Greg also worked as a Senior Emergency Management Advisor for One Concern and as Vice President for Emergency Management and Community Resilience for Tetra Tech from May 2013 to April 2017. Greg's career in emergency management began as Director of the Office of Emergency Management for the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services from May 2007 to May 2013.

Mr. Brunelle holds a Masters in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Certificate of Study in Artificial Intelligence and Implications for Business Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Masters of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University, and a Certificate of Study in Health Systems Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Greg also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Greg'story and Sociology from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
