Dariusz Jemielniak is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of RunPixie.com. In addition, they serve as the Vice President of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Dariusz has also held roles as a Faculty Associate and Research Fellow at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University, a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Wikimedia Foundation, and the Vice Chairman of the Board at ESCOLA S.A. Dariusz has also worked as the Chief Community Strategist at Foap, a Member of the Management Board at InstaLing, and a Board Member at the Copernicus Science Centre. Alongside these roles, they have been a Full Professor and associate professor at Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego, as well as serving in various other academic positions. Furthermore, Jemielniak has served as an Executive Committee Member of the Internet Governance Forum Poland.

- From 1995 to 2000, they studied at the University of Warsaw and obtained an M.S. in business administration.
- From 1990 to 1995, they attended VI L.O. im. Tadeusza Reytana w Warszawie, a high school, where they earned their high school diploma.
