Adrian Bednarek

Adrian Bednarek has over 16 years of experience in air traffic management, currently serving as the ATC unit manager at the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency since April 2007, where responsibilities include managing the operational activities of the Krakow Approach ATC unit and overseeing administrative functions. Previously, Adrian held roles as an air traffic controller and on-the-job training instructor for Kraków Terminal Control Area, as well as an ATM occurrence investigator and local safety manager, focusing on safety analyses and cooperation with regulatory authorities. Prior experience includes working as an air traffic controller at the Polish Airports State Enterprise. Adrian's educational background includes advanced studies in Aviation, Safety Engineering, and Human Factors, with qualifications from esteemed institutions such as the National Defense University of Warsaw and the Institute of Air Navigation Services.
