Andrzej Szmajdziński

Andrzej Szmajdziński is a seasoned professional in the fields of crisis management, business continuity, and information security, currently serving as the Head of Continuity Management & Information Security Division at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority since October 2019. Andrzej's extensive experience includes previous roles at the Government Centre for Security, focusing on disaster risk reduction and national security risk assessment, as well as serving as a Secretary General at a non-government organization providing security and legal analyses. Additionally, Andrzej has worked as a Security Analyst for the European Parliament and has completed internships in legal offices. Academically, Andrzej holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Warsaw and has pursued postgraduate studies in internal security and information analysis for security management.
