Izabela Owczarek

Izabela Owczarek is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in managing debt portfolios and structured products across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Chief Specialist at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority since October 2023, Izabela previously held roles as Debt Portfolios Manager at Nationale-Nederlanden Polska and MetLife from 2015 to 2022. Prior to these positions, Izabela contributed to the Royal Bank of Scotland as VP of Client Risk Solutions Sales, focusing on CEE countries. Earlier career highlights include serving as Assistant Director for CEE & CIS Derivatives Sales at ABN AMRO Bank, and Senior Specialist at Bank BPH, where Izabela played a key role in making the bank a leader in structured product sales. Izabela's career began at Citibank Warsaw, specializing in cash and derivative products. Izabela holds a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
