Kazimierz Bilanow

Kazimierz Bilanow has extensive experience in leadership and international event coordination, currently serving as Managing Director at the IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence and as Coordinator of International Events at the Perspektywy Education Foundation since 2009. Additionally, Kazimierz has advised the Board of the Polish Press Agency since 2007, after holding the position of Director from 1997 to 2006. Kazimierz holds a Master’s Degree from Columbia University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Warsaw, along with a Juris Doctor from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
