Quentin Philippart de Foy

Quentin Philippart de Foy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy management and consultancy. Currently serving as a Policy Manager at Political Intelligence since January 2018 and a Policy Officer at MVNO Europe since April 2018, Quentin has held roles ranging from Consultant to Senior Consultant within the same organization. Previous experience includes a leadership position as President of oikos Maastricht and a role as Policy Associate at the European Atomic Forum. Academic qualifications include two Master's Degrees in Science, Technology and Society with a specialization in Science and Public Policy from Maastricht University and the University of Liège, as well as Bachelor's Degrees in International Relations and Affairs from York University and Political Science and Government from the University of Liège.
